Returns & Exchanges Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all Tgtresses Luxury Hair sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Exchanges (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
We only offer exchanges if you receive:
   •    The wrong item
   •    A damaged product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Items must be:
   •    Unused
   •    Unwashed
   •    Unaltered
   •    In original packaging with tags intact

If approved, we will provide exchange instructions.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks & Disputes
Please, contact us first if you experience any issues with your order. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in being restricted from future purchases.
