We ship all domestic orders via USPS.

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays
Tgtresses Luxury Hair is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim.
